Modular Zone

Modular Zone is a mattress designed to offer a personalized sleep experience. The mattress uses 3D printed lattice springs and bio based foam compartments in place of traditional foam and springs. Three basic modules and an optional reinforcement module can be combined to adjust firmness. Internal sensors monitor sleep posture and heart rate, and an AI model provides configuration recommendations. A cool breathable fabric with micro air channels improves heat dissipation. The cushioning structure is inspired by automotive suspension systems and allows local repairs.

Dark Knight

Dark Knight is a smart mattress designed for adaptive sleep support. The mattress has a seven layer structure with a pressure sensing pad that holds 240 flexible sensors. An integrated electric bed frame allows separate adjustment of the head and foot sections, with a memory function for preferred positions. The patterns draw on the glaciers and highland steeds of the Tibetan Plateau. Two versions are offered, Ice Blue and Lava Gold, each creating a different mood. A unified three in one weaving construction shows the main pattern fully on 1.8 metre and 2 metre beds. The silk surface regulates warmth and feels smooth on the skin.

Multi-Dimensional is a quilt designed for warmth and healthy sleep. The outer fabric is a blend of nylon and cotton, and the filling is 95 percent German Rhine goose down. These materials provide moisture absorption, breathability and warmth. The quilt uses an overlapping multidimensional structure formed by staggered stitching. The stitching creates a looped and stacked inner texture that gives the down clusters more space to expand. The added fluffiness and resilience improve insulation. The exterior design is inspired by mountain ranges in Chinese culture.

The core layer uses a decompression grid structure made of TPE material, which distributes body pressure evenly through connected grids. The structure returns to its original shape within 0.16 seconds after the pressure is removed, so it suits various sleeping positions. A porosity of 80 percent aids air circulation and heat dissipation.

A three-layer structure holds the silk and the down in separate layers, so the warmth of down is combined with the smooth surface of silk. The materials meet Class A infant standards, which suits gentle contact with the skin.

Nubed is a mattress designed for comfortable rest. The mattress has rounded corners and a stretch polyester cover that contours to the body. Inside, hundreds of minisprings made of high resilience polyurethane foam create independent resting zones. The firmness of these zones varies along the mattress to give the right support to each part of the body. Air moves freely through the interior spaces, which improves the ventilation of the foam. Each layer is cut with a computer controlled machine and glued to the next one.
