This design is inspired by Tower of Hanoi, a popular intelligence toy worldwide. It provides a simple and interesting assembly method, just like playing Tower of Hanoi. The assembly can be easily done in 4 minutes without any tools, glues or metal parts. The sofa can be flat-packed to optimize the cost of package, storage and transportation. The wood and fabric used for the sofa are environmentally friendly. These are all in line with the concept of sustainable design.

During the development, the musical composition of Claude Debussy "Prelude No. 3, Wind on the Plain" was first chosen. After that, the music was turned into an image of a sound wave using a special program. It became the basis for the silhouette of the lamp. However, the changes were made to it in order to optimize the design for light properties and requirements for mass production. In the lamp, the elements are put on top of each other to get rid of the glass fasteners.
