Bench for BLM Group

A metal bench laser cut designed by Enrico Azzimonti produced by using an innovative productive approach: it is time to break the patterns and overcome the technological limitations that till now have bound the tube processing only to some application fields. It's conceived and projected for outdoor: made for stainless steel, it is resistant to weathering. The idea is to design a chair technically and ergonomically correct and, at the same time, flexible according to various forms of social aggregation.

Float Rower

The world’s first rowing machine to simulate the experience of rowing on water. Float Rower pitches and rolls, responding to the many movements that the rower imparts. As it slides along the monorail, the resistance mechanism replicates the movement and feeling of the boat moving underneath the rower during the stroke. The user interface displays and records the inputs, leading to improved technique, strength, fitness and endurance.

Sostanza

Sostanza is a simplified lead holder that combines the warmth of a traditional pencil with the convenience of a propelling pencil. It's composed of only two pieces, the lightweight wooden body and the external ring that slides up to lock the lead in place. Its functioning is elemental but not taken for granted, all the mechanisms have been eliminated, in order to simplify the assembling process and improve its sustainability. Sostanza is a handmade object, entirely produced in Italy using beautiful natural materials.

MiLLiSECOND

The casing of the millisecond metal tape measure and fiber measure is manufactured by milling aluminum ingots with the utmost precision. The two-sided body boasts shell-like indentations on both sides. This offers the user greater comfort as the fingers lie neatly in the indentations. The designer’s objective was not only to consider the shape of the measuring tape as an object, but also to consider how it might be both used as a tool and carried.
